  • How to make a booking ?

    To book your Dream, first you have to set up a Personal account.

    • 1- On the Ad, on the right-hand side, there is a calendar showing available dates. Click on the date you want, select the number of people and click “Book Now”
    • 2- Fill in the booking form selecting the options you want
    • 3- Pay online by debit or credit card 25% deposit (totally secure)
    • 4- Booking confirmation and full details will be sent by email (don’t forget to check your spam folder).
    • 5- You will receive from advertiser Final invoice and detailed program
    • 6- You must pay amount due 30 days before the completion of your activity
  • Different ways to pay ?

    Confirmation of your booking is only possible when full payment for the activity has been received. Deposit of 25%is paid on booking by card payment (secured payment). Final payment can be received by debit or credit cardand also by bank transfer.

  • The total price is not the same as the initial price ?

    Prices are quoted “from” - and vary according to timing and numbers of participants.

  • Until when can bookings be changed or cancelled

    If you cancel less than 30 days before the delivery date of the activity, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 7 days before the delivery date of the activity, the total amount of the invoice is non-refundable. Any modification is subject to the agreement of the advertiser and commitments made with its suppliers. You can consult the terms and conditions of sale of provision of services before proceeding to the payment of your activity or booking confirmation.

  • How to set up an advertiser account ?

    You can set up a Dream-Corner Professional User Account by clicking on the "Log in" button located at the top right of our website. Fill out the form on the left to "Set up an account." As soon as you click on the "Create an account" button, you will be redirected to your profile page, which you can then complete. You have to upload your brand’s logo, and provide some official information about your business.

    By filling in the details for your advertiser account, It is also a good way to introduce yourself to customers. By including a complete presentation you can increase your chances of getting bookings. Most travellers prefer to know a little more about the advertiser before booking.

  • How to place an Ad ?

    You have to log-in on your advertiser account and then click "Set up an Ad" on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Fill in all the required information step by step (some fields are obligatory), and click on the "Send" button. You will be able to check what your advertisement looks like. Publication is subject to a review by our teams.

  • How to change the availability calendar ?

    You can change your availability at the “Pricing and Availability” stage.

  • Can Ads be changed after going online ?

    To change your Ad, go to your dashboard’s My Ads tab, and click the Modify button.

    Please note : You can change your pricing and availability at any time. If you want to change other information (title, description) then your Ad will have to be reviewed again by our teams.

  • How to delete an Ad ?

    You can delete your Ad on Dream-Corner from your dashboard. On the “My Ads" tab, click on “Delete” for Ad you want to deactivate.

  • When are payments for bookings received ?

    7 days before arrival you will receive payment from customer.

  • What happens if a traveller cancels their booking ?

    If a customer cancels a booking the following charges will apply:
    - Cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled event a full refund will be given
    - Cancelled more than 7 days but less than 30 days before the scheduled event the advertiser will be entitled to a payment of 25% of the quoted price
    - Cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the event the service provider will be entitled to payment of the full invoice amount.

  • How to delete an account ?

    If you would like to delete your Dream-Corner user account, please contact our Customer Services. A member of our team will delete your account. We will send you an email confirming that it has been deleted.

  • Running multiple Ads ?

    You can run as many Ads as you like on Dream-Corner. Please note that if you run multiple Ads, you have to keep the availability calendar up to date for each one.

  • Changing the site language ?

    To change the language in which the website is displayed, click on the language tab on the grey header bar on the top left-hand side of the page, and select the language you want.

  • Is it free to run an Ad? ?

    Placing an Ad on Dream-corner is completely free. You can find out more about about our fees in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Do Ads have to be set up in every language ?

    Actually you can set up and write the Ads in English or French.

  • What kind of photos should be uploaded onto an Ad ?

    Upload a selection of high-quality images which represent your activity well (in jpg or png format. To be sure your photos will attract potential travellers, upload at least three photos.

  • When do Ads go online ?

    Once your Ad has been set up. The Ad will be published until the process of validation has been completed. You must check availability your calendar which is kept up to date regularly to avoid having to cancel bookings or to refuse requests for bookings
